Today’s breakfast (or maybe brunch?) is a total winner! I’ve been loving these Vanilla Protein Crepes—super easy, healthy, and packed with protein. The best part? They’re made with just two ingredients: cassava flour and vanilla protein shake. That’s it! No need for any crazy complicated ingredients. And then, to take it up a notch, I topped them with fresh blueberries, shredded coconut, and a creamy healthy custard sauce! You won’t even believe how delicious it is!
